"I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise. They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard. "Rooms are large but a bit weathered. Can use some upgrades. They don’t give you hand towels. You have to ask for them. Air conditioner in room is noisy. Sink was leaking. Reported it but it was not addressed. Grounds are nice. Pool is large. Beach area was dirty. They need to keep it clean. They need more trash bins around the property. "
