"This is a very nice Boutique hotel. Parking is available on site. Tree restaurant is excellent. Hotel is located right on the main cobble stone road where all the shops and restaurants are. There is a roof top lounge as well which is perfect for having an evening cocktail. Staff are exceptionally professional and helpful "

"The staff was very attentive. Due to a food allergy there was a need for special food preparation. Do to a miscommunication There was a mishap in the kitchen, however the staff took ownership and special precautions to ensure guests safety. It did take over an hour and a half to get a food order for 5. Under normal circumstances, this would not have been concerning except for we had traveled a great distance that day and hadn’t stopped for food."

"This is what I would describe as an efficiency hotel. That being said the staff is friendly and went above and beyond during our stay. Facilities were clean and very close to the mall and many restaurants. You absolutely cannot beat the price for the area. At times it was a little loud with the traffic near the mall but I would absolutely stay here again. For any amenities missing the staff and on site restaurant make up for it. "

"Paying extra for breakfast is worthwhile; the beef tapa breakfast and bacon breakfast are very good. Be aware that cleaning will not take place without the customer present in the room. It's always hot in the Philippines; the hotel leaves windows open to common areas instead of using A/C, so bugs sometimes get in. The dining area had flies."
