"I recently stayed at Balay ni Manuel Ken Maria and had a mixed experience. The hotel is a family-managed business, and I genuinely appreciated the personal touch and warmth in the service. "Second time to stay. We love that the hotel is pet friendly. Need a little bit improvement with the internet provider. Some rooms have internet tv while some just have a basic cable that only have less than 5 channels. But great facility and staff. Will be back again. "

"We arrived with no hot water and reported it immediately. They fixed the problem right away and resolved the problem that night. We requested a microwave and provided it right away. Pillows are great and mattress felt good. Staff is friendly and excellent service. Plan to stay again to this Hotel in the future. "

"The hotel only has the basic amenities like TV and Air-con. They have a small restaurant area at the ground floor. The staff were very friendly though. Also, there was an incident in which the heater was not working so we had to call it in."

"This is what I would describe as an efficiency hotel. That being said the staff is friendly and went above and beyond during our stay. Facilities were clean and very close to the mall and many restaurants. You absolutely cannot beat the price for the area. At times it was a little loud with the traffic near the mall but I would absolutely stay here again. For any amenities missing the staff and on site restaurant make up for it. "

"Overall it’s a good hotel, it’s clean and staff are nice . One thing I would like to have is a grab bar on their shower especially for older people . This is not to degrade the rating it’s only a recommendation. I would recommend this hotel to others ."

"We have a family of 5 so I booked 2 rooms from Dec 20th to Jan 4th, 2025 It’s my family first time visiting the Philippines and we enjoyed our stay. All the staff were very nice and welcoming, our rooms were clean and spacious, has a nice bar and swimming pool at the rooftop, my kids had a great time swimming, delicious breakfast in the morning was included. The location is perfect. I highly recommend this place. I would stay here again. Hopefully in 2 years same time. "
