"We normally do the all inclusive holidays but this year decided to drive and stay in a villa. Matt the host was always available if both pre during and post our stay for any questions issue concerns we had. We were not disappointed with this property this is massive an as family of 7 we never felt we were on top of each other. It is beautiful and our kids were in there element the lol was great the same room is perfect and we never wanted to come home we will be visiting again. Happy kids...

"We stayed at this property for 2 weeks in August 2024. It is a lovely house with a gorgeous pool. The host Susan is the perfect mix of present but unobtrusive. The surrounding area has so much to do, from caves and underground chasms to beautiful villages and Mediterranean beaches. Highly recommend!"

Les différentes terrasses ont été très bien pensées pour pouvoir profiter de l'extérieur à toute heure de la journée et même en cas de pluie ou de vent, puisque l'une est couverte. Une mention spéciale pour la table sous l'amandier et sa guirlande lumineuse qui donne un air de guinguette. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour jouer dehors, pour les petits et les grands. "The house, location, amenities and facilities are all superb. The position of the house with its stunning views is beautiful. The pool is lovely and the shaded barbecue and eating area are excellent. Beds are comfy with good quality pillows. The area is really lovely, with plenty to see and do. The village of Durban Corbières is a typical small French village, with all basic amenities and is a 10 minute walk (albeit a bit steep on the way back). "This lovely villa is like home from home. Very well equipped and comfortable. Pool is lovely... Clean and a good size for cool dips in the hot sun. Garden has shaded areas too. Information provided useful details and all communication was helpful and prompt. A Lidl is within a 5min walk meaning this is great if you don't have a car. Villa was clean and spacious and some great extras such as books and playing cards and pool toys which we didn't use as had brought ours but a thoughtful addition....

"An absolute gem of a property. The house is in the midst of beautiful grapevines and countryside, so its an opportunity to totally relax in the most wonderful setting (and house), with restaurants and bars a 10 minute walk away. The house is fully stocked with the latest gadgets and the rooms are perfect. Our host Cedric, was so accommodating, helpful and friendly - we couldn't have asked for more. I would (and hopefully will) return in a hearbeat!"

"This property though simple was an excellent value. Rooms were clean. Parking was plentiful. Included breakfast was very good. Easy walk to the fortress. The only downside was the laundry. With only one machine with a very small drum and many long-term residents, I would not count on the machine's availability. If you need to do laundry, there is a very good commercial one about a half-mile from the hotel. "
