Purpose- Family short break (June) Local- There is a petrol station near by and a tesco express around the corner in brokenhurst village. There are limited places to eat here. "At the recommendation of a local, I stayed at The Maples for a couple of nights. The owners of the B&B were attentive and extremely friendly. The room was quiet and offered a lovely view of the nearby Anglican Church. The windows opened to allow fresh air too. Breakfast each morning was amazing. Delicious and right-sized portions to satiate the appetite. Everything was perfectly cooked. "

"Totaly enjoyed my stay the themed room I stayed in was amazing especially the cakes with the tea and coffee. Fresh milk and chilled water in a small fridge (no fiddly cartons). The hosts were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast hot or cold or both is wonderful with loads of choice. Its a short walk to Sothbourne beach zig zag or cliff lift to the loveley beach quieter than Bournemouth beach. "
