"This proper was a charming time warp back to the 70s. It's cozy and fully functional for two adults. The room had plenty of room for our needs of staying 2 nights and skiing. It had an operational TV, Small Fridge, and Ski Closet. The Shower was larger than we expected. The location is prime as it is directly in the Village and dining options were directly outside within walking distance. We love the vibe for Ski vacations and plan to return. The staff was very friendly and helped us back into our room that we immediately locked ourselves out of. The doors lock immediately when you close them, so be careful not to leave your room key inside. My only recommendations is that they replace the worn out electrical sockets which cause chargers to disconnect from the power. Also, the shower faucet was incredibly short. I'm not that tall, but I'm 6' 1" and I had to bend over to get water on my head. They sell faucet extensions at Home Depot for $15 that can fix that. Over all, Robinhood Resort was a fantastic stay and I recommend it for people who want a Big Bear get way from LA. "

"This property is being remodeled. I read lots of reviews with people complaining about it, but took the chance. I’m glad we did. Our room was remodeled nicely and clean! The property was quiet. Yes they were working on the building, but for our stay, we didn’t have any loud noise. The staff was nice as well. My only complaint is late night parking is a little challenging with remodel stuff taking up some of the spots and several people parking poorly. This is obviously not something they can control. We will be back in a few weeks for another trip in the area and I will continue to keep this property in mind when booking. PS- thank you Best Western for keeping pet fees minimal! "
