"Only one hiccup: the auto setting on the thermostat was malfunctioning so I had to actively turn on and off the heater blower or else it would never turn on on it’s own - had to get up a couple time each night to turn the heater on even tho it was already set to heat, auto…not a big deal, really, I routinely boondock (sleep in the car by choice) in order to get the best light for the photos I like to take so I was grateful for the bed and fridge. "I was very happy with the property. The space was generous with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Thank you for separating the bunk beds to 2 separate beds as this worked much better for our group. We have stayed at this location before in Little Indian resort and was very happy with the amenities. Especially the ability to park our trailer and have access to the Baxter marina within walking distance since we bring our boat. "WE HAD FOUR ADULTS, TWO TEENS, AND THREE KIDS STAYING IN THIS HOUSE, AND WE ALL HAD OUR OWN SPACES WHEN WE WANTED THEM BUT ALSO ENOUGH SPACE TO ALL BE TOGETHER WHEN WE WANTED IT! EXCELLENT SETUP AND HOUSE. WE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND WILL CERTAINLY BE BACK!"

"If you are looking for a beautiful place to relax with all the comforts of home this is your place. Communication with the owner was wonderful and the home is beautiful. We took out daughter and 6 grandchildren and we all loved the place. The firepit on the back porch was a great meeting spot to sit around and talk, without any electronics. Everything we needed was there. I would definitely stay here again, it was perfect!!!!"

"Great house close to the lake. Perfect if you want to rent a boat from the marina which is within walking distance. Only issue was with the WiFi, which was a pretty slow. Phone reception was also not great. Communication with the host was great tho! Overall a great home and a great experience. "

The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and provided suggestions for what to see in Branson. Overall the house was exactly what we needed to be together for the Thanksgiving holiday."
