Many people suggest staying at a hotel attached to Don Meung Airport, but you would miss the lovely community with it's own Night Bizzaar, Buddhist Temple and lively street community. "This is a very basic hotel. But it is safe, clean, and comfortable. I had an inside, ensuite double room, which i think is probably much quieter than the rooms with windows, as they face the busy street and traffic. Breakfast is basic toast, cereal, and coffee/tea, served on the rooftop. Only drawback is there is no elevator. So, this is not the place for those with mobility issues. The staff was excellent -- friendly, helpful, and kind. Hotel is close to Pahurat Market, Sampeng Lane, China...
