The resort is nestled up in the mountains, making it a peaceful retreat, but getting in and out requires either renting a motorbike or calling a Grab. The climb up and down is quite steep, though the resort provides golf cart pickups, which helps a lot. A special mention to the team for their incredible support when we had a motorbike accident—they were beyond helpful and went out of their way to assist us, even accommodating our extended stay. Their kindness and care during a stressful time meant so much to us. If you’re looking for a place with outstanding service, a serene atmosphere, and a team that truly cares, this resort is a perfect choice!"

"We loved our stay at this hotel! We had a villa with a private pool, which was great fun for our small family. The garden and pool were also lovely and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful and varied. The location is close to everything without being noisy. The rooms are a little dated but kept in good condition and very clean, thanks to the lovely cleaning staff. This hotel was great value for money, considering the pool and size of room. We will definitely be back! "
