"The staff were really good. Had a few issues with room ie no hot water thou was sorted out. Leakage from sink again sorted. Leak from ceiling again sorted quickly. It is very noisy until around 6am. If you are a night owl you'll be ok. Can't praise the staff enouth. All very pleasant and charming. If it wasn't so noisy I would stay again. Stayed 20 nights. "

"This is the ronseal of accommodation in pattaya, does what it says on the tin.. No frills basic clean rooms, hot shower, good air con, friendly staff and owner, breakfast is cheap and always 10/10 cooked perfect. Solid guest friendly beds :).. It's right in the heart of the action so if you want quite go stay in Naklua but you'll be missing out.. It's that good I'm going back again in June...... PS I better get room 33 again for this stunning review haha"

"This is Thailand. I can’t say anything negative because here they can sue for disparaging statements, even if the remarks are true. …I can say the experience was memorable. Some of the staff was very good. The room was clean. I’m on to a long term room now. Thank goodness! Thank God for the opportunity to learn."

"Hotel has their own restaurant which serves very tasty Indian lunch. Great service and close to the beach. The rooms can use a little updating but it's hard to beat for the price and quality service!"

"I would have liked a balcony. I had to have words to staff about the room cleaning & they where very apologetic & obliging. Loose floor tiles in room."

"We ALWAYS stay here when going to Koh Larn. Comfortable beds, very clean, manager and his wife are very nice. Close to town center, free ramen noodles at counter 24 hours so after going to bars late night we always look forward to a spicy cup of complimentary ramen 😀 Wifi connection is strong, free bottled water, and cheap beers in mini fridge. Will always stay here!!!"

"Nice place ,good breakfast .they are so used with tourists so you feel there is not too much service .the room sink needs to be fixed many leeks etc . The price is quite expensive for Thailand although is a tourist island. Price for Night should go a bit down or they should improve the service ,fix the rooms ,and maybe give a free meal . Otherwise definitely price is so expensive. Anyway one night if you are without any choose is ok !!"

"Roomi is fine. Fridge, kettle and microwave. Very good bed & sheets. New aircon was good after I washed out the filters. Nice people here. Not as noisy as I expected at night. Nothing to complain about. Oh ya, safety box not working."

"I always stay at Metro Apartments whenever I can. Centrally located, clean and the staff is super."

"Nice little guesthouse close to Bangsaray market, shops and restaurants. 10-15 minutes by walk to the beach which is great. Clean and comfortable room. You have to bring your own sope to wash your hands because there is only shampoo. The TV did not work but it was not a big deal for me. A little bit difficult to reach the owner on the phone but she was nice. Really good price. Beautiful garden and very quiet guesthouse which I appreciated a lot. Great experience in general. I recommand!"

"Property is very cute and the view of sea was awesome. Can be noisy as most if the community comes out in the evening till late. Other than the noise it was very nice stay. No elevator so travel light"
