"Our family 5 adults including three children ages 3, 2, and 2 months and also our 85 year old mother. It was a great open space on the main floor for all of us to be together. The basement rec area and theatre seating were great for a movie night. Everything was very clean. The only thing we didn’t like was the amount of stairs for the kids and mother to go up and down. We definitely would stay there again. "

"We went down for a funeral. The house was large enough to accommodate family coming in to visit from different parts of the state. Although they did not stay with us, it was great to have a central location. This was our 2nd time staying at this home and it will always be our home away from Dallas, TX to Minnesota. "I needed a Vrbo rental for a funeral this past week. This location was ideal and the bedrooms were able to accommodate the three families for a few days just fine. There were thermostats for both floors to adjust the temperature. We were able to get the upstairs to an ideal temperature for everyone, but the basement was a bit cooler. I will caveat that with the temperatures outside being in the negatives. Overall the beds were very comfortable and we had enough space to talk and the kids had...

"Very pleased with this rental. Clean house, everything worked well, and the beds were comfortable. The futon in the office was not obvious on my initial booking, but worked out great with privacy and a comfortable set up for 4 adults. Would rent from here again :)"

"Loved this house. Clean, comfortable, several good places for people to hang out. Everything you need but might not remember is on the kitchen (like coffee filters). Very fun, pleasant, and overall just a lovely place to stay. Several excellent restaurants very nearby (even in Minneapolis in January it was walkable!)"

"The house was spacious enough for our group of 12 adults. Cozy fireplace, hot tub and arcade games were a huge hit! I loved that they had beach towels by the door for hot tubbers. Comfy beds, stocked kitchen and lots of board games."

"The Nokomis neighborhood near the Minnehaha parkway is an excellent spot in the cities. The property was simple, clean, and easy to check-in/use. The owner was also easy to communicate with. "

"My family met in Minneapolis for Thanksgiving. The house is beautifully renovated; the interesting architectural features are preserved ( updated version of your favorite Great Aunt’s house). It was great to have a space to watch sports and a separate space to watch Christmas movies. The host was accommodating and a clear, concise communicator. I appreciated how well stocked the property was ( no emergency Target runs during the five day stay). Highly recommend this gem!"

"A group of moms got together at this property for a weekend away. The house was exactly what was pictured online and the host was very easy to work with. There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Lots of dining space and communal areas to hang out throughout the weekend. Would def book again. "

"This hotel was perfect for my stay in Minneapolis. Situated near Target Field, Target Center, and the light rail, I couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel was quiet and secure and I appreciated the many amenities offered. I found the floors in the room to be a little grimy/sticky, but aside from that, everything appeared clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Minneapolis."
