"This is a basic, value-priced motel. It kind of seems like it was just renovated and renovated in a hurry. Some things are freshly painted, like doors (and doorknobs!) and some things aren't (rusty heaters). Additionally, it seems like they furnished the rooms without much thought--for example, the microwave on top of the fridge doesn't have a long enough plug, and there's no electical strip extension, so you have to put it on the floor in order to operate it. Hopefully they'll get these kinks...
