"Was a great location with a shuttle bus into town .The staff were very friendly,the breakfast was the best selection of goods I have ever seen .Catering for all nationalities. The evening buffet was a great food choice and v good value for money ,includes wine ! The rooms could do with a bit of an update but when the view and queen size bed ,tea & coffee in room .what's not to love "

"Hotel is in a great location in the old town. Despite being central, I didn't feel that my room was overly noisy. The hotel decor and rooms are a little dated and in need of modernisation and some minor repairs, but everything was clean and tidy. The reception and dining staff were very friendly, and I think the restaurant was reasonably priced. The spa is excellent. "

"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"Very clean and nicely run hotel! Staff was very attentive and helpful. Enjoyed the outside beach area and thermal pool on our first day, second day the weather was cool and windy day so the thermal pool was not warm enough. However we chose to spend that day touring Sirmione. It’s very walkable from the hotel. "
