Good: Close to the lake.very nice promenade with a lot of shopping business , cafes and restaurants.The Palme has two pools and enough green area around. It is a nice 3Star Hotel.

What can I say about the barmy palme? The room was tired, the shower was very small the balcony was not very private but all in all adequate. The staff were always polite and good fun. I enjoyed my stay although my expectations were not high. Would I stay here again..... Possibly.

We arrived at this hotel dressed in full motorcycle gear after riding all day in temperatures up to 30°C and just wanted to get a shower and freshen up. We booked through Hotels.com, the staff at the checkin could see our reservation but would not give us a room key as the booking had not transferred to their system. We were told to take a seat and wait we were not even offered a drink of water. After half an hour I messaged Hotels.com who were very helpful and contacted the hotel to sort it out. As the hotel could see our booking and proof of payment they could have and shout have sorted it without my intervention. The lady who served us in the bar was friendly but the breakfast team as rude as the receptionists.

Das Zimmer war über der Anlieferung Müll Sammelstelle, dadurch wurde man schon vor 6 Uhr aus dem Schlaf gerissen und der Gestank vom Müll war sehr unangenehm. Große Käfer hatte wir auch im Zimmer, diese haben wir erschlagen entsorgt. Das Frühstück war reine Massenabfertigung, Tische wurden zugewiesen ob man dort hinwollte oder nicht, Brötchen sehr trocken, Kaffee schlecht. Da auch das Wetter schlechter wurde waren die Orte und Straßen für Ausflüge sehr überfüllt. Somit haben wir vorzeitig abgebrochen und sind nach Hause gefahren.

Wir waren das dritte Mal dort. Diesmal so schlechte Zimmer bekommen. Die Betten waren die Hölle. Durchgelegen und am nächsten Tag übersät von Stichen. Zuerst dachten wir Mücken. Reklamierten die Matratze. Dann war am Abend ein Brett zwischen Lattenrost und Matratze. Durchgelegene Matratze war nun härter mit Loch in der Mitte. Es war ein komischer Geruch.Als wir aufwachten waren lauter schwarze Teile auf dem Fußboden. Es waren tote Flöhe. Echt eklig. Und erklärt dann die vielen Stiche. Die Putzfrau war immer reinlich. Das Personal nett. Frühstück war dieses Mal auch Massenabfertigung. Ich finde es so schade, weil es total anders war, als die letzten Jahre

La struttura in una posizione molto comoda, dotata di parcheggio interno anche se sempre molto pieno, difficolta nel trovare posto.abbondante colazionea buffet. .
