"Kind people operating it. The property has a great view to the Pico Mountain, there are multiple houses lined up on a small street. It's a very peaceful vibe. It's within walking distance (an a beautiful walk - nice village with flowers, and fruits) to a cafe/bakery, a couple of restaurants, and a nice natural pool for swimming."

"This is a great place to stay if you’re looking to be close to the ferry port. It’s about a 15 minute walk downtown, which is great to enjoy the awesome restaurants Horta has to offer. "We really enjoyed our stay in Faial. The apartment is spacious, stocked and in a nice location. We had some people with mobility issues and the stairs were hard for them. Be aware there is no handrail. Enjoy the views, they are incredible."
