"The apartment is in a good location, close to downtown, and is secure. Has AC in the 2 bedrooms. The price was great, beds comfortable, and great showers. It does not have a living area or iron, but does have a kitchen and dining area. Tvs in both rooms but no netfix. It was a bit loud in the early mornings, as I could hear a baby crying both days. But other than that, it was great. We would stay again. "

"We loved this little spot! It was a great place to land after our flight. Very close to downtown Alajuela, which meant that we could walk out our door in the morning and find a nice cafe and good food at the Central Market. Our only challenge was that the traffic was quite loud overnight; my partner had a hard time sleeping, even with the provided earplugs. I recommend this location for sure for heavy sleepers."

"We had issue getting into the place at first but it was solved pretty quickly. There's a guard 24/7 at the gate. It is within walking distance of the mall and restaurants. The kids have individual room and they have their own bathroom. We rented a but we also did a lot of walking around the area when we just wanted to grab something to eat or go to the mall. "

"This was a perfect place for us. It is clean, easily accessible with flexible check in. The kitchen is well equipt. Our only issue was the laundary use. "Nice property, secure. It has a power gate that opens to let you in and out of the property so on arrival there's a bit of a kerfuffle. Let the owner know when you are arriving I guess. "The mommot rooms are modern, updated and clean. The neighborhood in general was a bit loud for us, traffic noise and dogs barking. Once we were asleep, it was okay.
