The food is excellent. They only need to describe it better on the menu. The portions of the appetizers are enough for a meal. The spa is beautiful. My husband and I both had massages looking at and listening to the nature outdoors. I also had one of the best facials I ever had. This hotel makes me want to come back and stay whenever I can come back to Costa Rica. It was very relaxing rain or shine. "

"The property is glorious nestled in a tropical rainforest. We enjoyed exploring the trails out to the waterfall and Ceiba tree. Amazing surroundings, excellent dining, perfect on-site hot springs to enjoy on demand. In addition to this, we were supported by the hotel team to help us with some rental car trouble while we were there. They went out of their way to assist us, implement a quick repair and got us on our way! Without this dedication to their guests our whole vacation could have been ruined. "This resort is very well kept and nestled in the forest. Our back patio in our private casita looked out at the forest and we saw monkeys in the trees in the morning. The massage area is so relaxing while in a private area overlooking the forest. The dining area has really good food. The staff is really nice. The pool area is very relaxing with a swim up bar. Very relaxing and beautiful all around. "

"This hotel is exceptional, starting with its prime location right next to a massive indoor shopping center. The airport shuttle is incredibly convenient, taking just one minute, and they even went above and beyond by arranging an earlier shuttle to accommodate our flight schedule. We were truly impressed with their flexibility and commitment to service. And after a long day of travel, we loved unwinding in the hotel pool."
