"Schitterend uitzicht over de oceaan, heerlijk terras, en veel ruimte. Accommodatie ligt wel afgelegen (kan een plus of een min zijn), geen restaurantjes etc. in de buurt, maar wel eigen kookgelegenheid. Ook navigatie is nodig, want de wegen zijn daar een beetje doolhof, en niet altijd even goed aangegeven. Goede communicatie nodig met beheerder (die is niet altijd thuis), zo mogelijk direct."

"Worst property I've ever stayed at. Filthy soiled matress. A/c just acted as fan. Cooker not working. Mice droppings. Daipers used as mats and table cloths. Nylon sheets. Terrible acces road. Arrived late at night - left next day - booked into another hotel. Complained to owner and got reply offering refund. Owner now denies recieving complaint, refusing refund. Don't stay here."

"The property was immaculate and exactly what my wife and I wanted. The bedroom and kitchen had an A/C that worked wonderfully. It had everything we needed. The porch was great for breakfast and a cat adopted us and would keep us company when we were out on the patio. The pool was steps from the apartment and the beach was a 5 minute stroll. "Condo was very spacious 2 bedrooms 21/2 bathrooms. Huge patio with beautiful ocean view This condo was very clean. No issues at all with the condo while we were there for the week. Kitchen could use a few more supplies such as pot scrubbers which we went and bought, oven mitts, some more mixing type bowls , plastic storage containers, but we made do. "My daughter and I stayed at Rancho el Sobrino for 6 days. Cactus Cafe restaurant downstairs was also a deciding factor in making our booking along with the rooms, pool, etc. It was wonderful wakjng to the chirping of the birds singing. It took less than 4 minutes to stroll to Playa Forti beach and other restaurants. Bali who greeted us on arrival and took care of our needs, was so sweet, friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning next year March."

He quickly found me an alternate place to stay for a couple of days until another place became available for the remainder of my stay. "This place is an absolute gem!! The owners live right on the property and were very welcoming, even to my parents who were staying at the neighboring property. Our fridge wasn't working the first day and they addressed it right away and brought us a new fridge. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the views spectacular. I hope to go back one day!!"

"My stay was ok, there was some construction going on on the beach during the night while we were there which was quite noisy and disruptive. It seems more like a locals beach. The beach bar restaurant next door was delicious, but the one on the property I did not like the food or service very much. Also there was a hidden fee, we had to pay $24 fee for using the air conditioner upon checkout after our 3 night stay, I don't believe this was information we were given before booking this property...
