"The communication prior to check-in was top-notch and the on-site property manager was very helpful in navigating a couple of questions we had. The free beach access was very nice and the snorkeling in Blue Bay is some of the best on the island. This property is centrally located between north island sites and Williamstead. If we come back to the country, we will be staying here."

Arrived late at night - left next day - booked into another hotel. Complained to owner and got reply offering refund. Owner now denies recieving complaint, refusing refund. Don't stay here."

"The property was immaculate and exactly what my wife and I wanted. The bedroom and kitchen had an A/C that worked wonderfully. It had everything we needed. "My daughter and I stayed at Rancho el Sobrino for 6 days. Cactus Cafe restaurant downstairs was also a deciding factor in making our booking along with the rooms, pool, etc. It was wonderful wakjng to the chirping of the birds singing. It took less than 4 minutes to stroll to Playa Forti beach and other restaurants. Bali who greeted us on arrival and took care of our needs, was so sweet, friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning next year March."

"we loved the location in Westpunt and had a really great stay - there are very good restaurant options close by and the beaches/snorkeling are great. I didn't fully understand that there would not be air conditioning in the kitchen/living areas and it was hot while we were there but it wasn't a deal breaker.
