"Very nice place. Beautiful surroundings, just as advertised. Pool area was clean and uncrowded. There is a lot of construction going on around the area and a giant backhoe was busy tearing out a coral hillside to the south which made quite a racket most days. Also, although the grounds were beautiful, the groundskeeper spent several days leaf blowing and weed whacking which just made it difficult to enjoy the pool."

I recommend a car, which allows convenient access to beaches, shopping and dining.The complex provides a safe and well managed experience from check-in to check-out. "We enjoyed our stay here! Location is convenient for drives to island beaches as well as mini markets and restaurants. Snorkeling right behind property is great. Wonderful views from the house's multiple terraces. Stove and oven are modern and impressive appliances; thankfully the user manuals included English instructions. I would stay here again!"

"Located in a quiet neighborhood, this little house is perfect as a vacation base to explore the island. Several facilities & services are close-by, and the house is relatively comfortable. The bathroom is very nice, the beds are a bit too firm for our taste but we slept soundly. The walk-in in the master's bedroom is a nice touch, adding lots of storage. "Overall, Villa Summertime was a great home base for our vacation. It was larger than we needed for two people, but the location and private pool were deciding factors that made it a good choice for us. "It was the first time for my husband and I to Curacao and it exceeded our expectations. Beth and Phil's unit was well equipped and a great location for viewing the ocean and the mountains from their upper deck. They were very responsive with answering any of our questions and giving helpful tips and information to make our stay a great experience.
