"Reception and breakfast staff were just very friendly, respectful, and happy- making my wife and I feel like we were special guests. Room was extremely clean, the shower was just excellency. The bed sheets were clean and changed daily. Breakfast was excellent with wonderful array of cheeses and meats… Close, walking distance to the old town Vienna that was bustling with people. It was one of the best hotels that I experienced in my 71 years! I highly recommend it to everyone. Very good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Mr. Noodles-a Chinese Restaurant that had very tasty, big portioned dishes- Udon noodles soup and the dumplings were just out of this world! They also have Makis and Bentos and even kimchi’ ! And the prices were reasonable."

"Modern hotel round the corner from Prater Amusement Park. About 10 mins walk from Praterstern station. Lovely hotel, very modern. Great staff. The room was very clean. Coffee machine and fridge were a nice touch. We had a room with a shower as i am a wheelchair user, but i can walk short distances, so the step into the shower wasnt an issue for me. Excellent shower! Really lovely shower products. Busy at breakfast time but that is to be expected, we always got a seat though. Lots of choice both hot and cold. The only issue i had was that everything was up high and i couldnt help myself to breakfast. Luckily i have my husband to help me. I'm sure if you were a lone traveller the staff would be happy to help though. Bar and food availble in the evenings. Relaxed feel. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Ideally located just minutes from Kagran metro station, the property offered convenience, with a nearby Spar supermarket just downstairs—perfect for essentials, though it closed at 8pm. The room featured a modern design, complete with streaming facilities on the TV for convenient entertainment. The kitchen was well equipped with good functionality. Staff were generally helpful and gave advice on the upcoming bank holidays and store closures."

"Great place to stay near an underground station with direct trains to the airport plus tram route into the city centre. The vibe of the hotel is very Brazilian and works really well. Lovely bar which is very reasonably priced. Rooms are very spacious and have all you need. We were at the back of the hotel so faced the railway line so there was noise from the trains from early morning to late at night - but it wasn’t a problem. Staff at the hotel are all really friendly and helpful and welcoming. Not loads of eating out options in the immediate area but the tram stops nearby and so gives easy access into the city."
