"Check in was easy on a busy day. Parking garage access through the valet right off the main road. Valet is included with overnight parking fee, unlimited in/out privileges. Front desk was right inside the garage doors with large, spacious, and beautiful lobby. All staff throughout our stay were helpful, polite, and active. Our room on the 5th floor was clean and very comfortable, it had everything we needed for the stay. The only downside was you could hear a lot of the street noise and hallway activity while in the room, not very quite. We were able to run the HVAC fan on high to take away some of the noise. Breakfast in the mornings were hot and plentiful, cocktail hour is a fantastic plus that everyone there enjoys. Quick access to the riverwalk level from the basement floor, there is however a 4-5 min walk to all the restaurants and bars. Always felt safe and being away from all the hustle when you come in and out of the hotel was nice. Rooftop sitting area with tables is a cool place to take your morning breakfast and coffee or drink in the evening for a lookout over the city. We had a wonderful weekend getaway in San Antonio and the Drury Plaza helped add to the experience."
