Lovely home in Luquilto with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms in a very private, gated community. Close to the La Monserrate Beach in Luquillo and a beautiful Pool right outside the front door! This property features a full kitchen, a large outdoor grill. Dining area with a large dining room table and a breakfast nook. Watch the beautiful sunrise over the River Pitahaya from the large, private backyard! Air conditioning, Cable Television and WiFi for your comfort. Master bedroom offers a King bed with en suite; Bedroom 2 and 3 offer queen sized beds and the 4th bedroom has full sized bed with trundle and a twin bed with a trundle. The home sleeps 12-13 comfortably with the sofa sleeper. Washer and Dryer on site for your convenience. Close La Monserrate Beach with Kiosko of 60 bars/restaurants! Plan a day trip on a Catamaran to a deserted island and experience some fantastic snorkeling! Or take a Ferry or hopper flight to Vieques or Culebra and explore the sister islands. Visit historic Old San Juan, El Yunke Rainforest, Golf, snorkel, horseback riding, shopping and many, many more attractions!

The location was a plus!! the area, amenities, spaces and house supplies were fantastic, definitely very convenient and cozy, made us feel like home. I would have liked better and advanced communication to help me feel more comfortable and confident with the logistics of this educational group trip from work. it will be convenient to have email as well. double check if the customer received the instructions to check in. I was able to see them just right at the entrance. It will be a great relieve!~

Family Christmas Vacation 2023
Beautiful big house. Everything was clean and spacious. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Lots of restaurants near by to eat. C Note is a very nice place to listen to jazz music. Will definitely come back and stay here.

Great house, perfect location!
We rented this house for 4 nights and everything was perfect! The location is super close to everything, major highways, restaurants, beach, entertainment, and only minutes to San Juan. We were 4 females and felt safe and comfortable in the neighborhood at all hours!

Great place!
Great place, good food, good people, beautiful beach! On the listing, it says one room has four beds, but there is only two in it, but they do have a futon and extra couches downstairs. Still worked out great.

Great location, lovely home
We originally chose this house because it seemed very centrally located (close to El Yunque, the beaches, and shopping) and we were not disappointed. We stayed at 3 other properties on our trip to PR, and this was definitely the most comfortable home (spacious, well-furnished, and clean) while also being the most reasonably priced. Despite some initial issues with the check-in, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future visit.

Getting in & out the House community was horrible the code did not work, ants was crawling on couches & in the shower. The A/C downstairs was leaking and had to be shut off the whole week we was there. The ice maker worked when it wanted to.

Home away from home!
I would book again! The house is truly like a home away from home. Located in a safe, quiet, gated community close to several activities we had planned, plus Loquillo beach is a must see! The community pool, basketball court, playground and exercise center is right next door. The host supplies several items in the garage for you to use at the pool or beach. The bedrooms are comfortable and air conditioned we all slept very well ! The main living area has two living room seating areas plus dining and kitchen eating areas, the kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances and it is all air conditioned. The host was super responsive (we had a couple questions at check-in) everything was clean ready for an amazing vacation!!

Very safe and accessible to the beaches and sights we wanted to see.
We loved the house and the neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The security personnel we me are top notch. The Videt in the master bedroom was leaking, so we shut the water. There was a screen out of place, but I fixed it. Also, a toilet seat screw broke. I bought a new seat and installed it. This has been one of the best family vacations we have celebrated. We go somewhere every year. I am very please with the accommodations and my conversations with Renae. Thank you! Now we begin plans for next year.

Everything was smooth with the exception of gate access on last day…our checkout was on Saturday but starting Friday our code for access stopped working..We to find ways to get passed the gate to get to our house. The code nor backup code were working anymore. I reached out to owner but no response.

This property was amazing! I was a really impressed with everything. I genuinely have no complaints. My entire family of 9 fit. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked perfect. The property is right next to the pool, which was amazing for the kids in my group. The property manager was fantastic. I had to call her once because I didn’t know how to work the washer, and she answered right away and cleared up my questions. Getting in and out of the property was easy, the code that was provided wasn’t working at the time, however, you just call the security and they open the doors right away. I also made friends with the security, and they already knew me every time I was coming in and they would open as soon as I would say what property I belonged to. I give this property, my 100% and I will be visiting it again in the near future!

Great space
The house is big and spacious. The beds are very comfortable and great quality linens. The bathrooms could use some small updates (soap dish in showers, replace toilet seats) again this is minor. The air unit in the living room was leaking but we just didn’t use it, the kitchen unit was sufficient. We had some of an inconvenience at the front gate with security. They insisted we contact the property owner every time we returned back. They would not lift the gate until we called. If the property owner did not answer then they would ask for our credentials again and then let us in. But other than than we enjoyed the home and are planning to return this time with our kids.

Our “HomeAway From Home” in PR
We brought our family of 8 adults to vacation in Puerto Rico for the holidays and chose to stay in Ranae’s beautiful home in Luquillo. It was an excellent choice! The house is only 30 minutes from the airport. The location was perfect for our day trips to hike in the Rain Forrest, the marina in Fajardo for sailing and the BioBay, Carabali Adventure Park to ATV, exploring Old San Juan, and within 10 minutes of the Kiosks and gorgeous beaches. There is a good grocery store (Amigos), Walgreens, fast food, and a bakery close by. The gated community was secure and the neighbors friendly. Our family used the pool and the exercise room in the clubhouse, both located right next door. We appreciated the cleanliness and all the amenities of the home; it met all of our expectations, and went beyond in some areas. It was exactly as described online. Having access to extra beach towels, assorted coolers, and other beach paraphernalia was very nice, as was having lawn chairs to sit outside. The room air conditioning works very well as does the cable TV and WiFi. The beds were comfortable and the house is roomy. Ranae was very helpful before our trip and answered all my emails promptly, even attempting to find stores open on Christmas so we could purchase supplies when we arrived. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again if we return to Puerto Rico. Thank you, Ranae!
