"The property is located on the plaza mayor. Due to this, the location is excellent for exploring the historic city, but I was told by the host that bc of restrictions on the plaza, this apartment (as well as all others in the plaza) cannot have AC. During high summer, it is very difficult to sleep without AC after the heat of the day so I would not recommend this apartment for summer travel. Fans are provided but they were not enough to be comfortable. We are from Texas so I dont say this...

We were pleased it had a washer and hanging rack and all kitchen amenities. "We stayed in this unit for three nights for a conference. It was a great choice. It is well situated in the city, so that it is very close to all of the shops, restaurants and sites, while being a few steps away for quiet. The unit was very clean as advertised and the staff was great to deal with. They are very accommodating. We had a great stay. If we have occasion to travel to Salamanca again, we will definitely check here first."
