"Excellent location, across the street from Plaza Mayor. It is in the heart of Salamanca. All the main attractions are within walking distance. There are also several restaurants and grocery stores around the corner. The hotel is super clean, the beds are comfortable, ac is a plus. We will definitely come back. "

"This hotel has been closed down for over a month, I arrived to a locked and chained door. I have reported this to hotels.com and sent photos am very surprised to see them still offering this hotel. You will not get in it is closed down. Hotels.com take it off your list it's not fair to give other travelers the same experience as I. This hotel is not open. It is closed."

"Firstly the friendliness of the staff from the minute i walked in was great and genuine. I had breakfast the following morning and the lady who was on hand to help was excellent and a real character full of fun and smiles. The hotel is a minute from the Plaza Mayor. As for dining options you are literally tripping over and thars befire you get to the square. The city and sights are easy to navigate on foot. I would happily stay at this hotel again. "

"Dorm like apartments would be great for mid to long stay. We just stopped one night and I wished we had more time. Excellent location in immaculate clean old town. Very walkable area. Super nice reception desk. Lots of restaurants and shops one block over. Was able to park our car in garage under building."
