"I'm sorry to have to leave such a negative review, however some truth telling needs to happen on expedia. First, when I first booked it appeared that the property was only 2-3km from the city, in fact it is 5km from the city center which is revealed only after you book. We asked for a 15.00h check in and had to wait outside an apartment complex not knowing if we were even at the correct property. There was only instructions on how to use the stove top. Sauberkeit gibt es in diesem Appartement leider nicht. Für den zustand war es sehr teuer,da hätte ich mehr erwartet. Kommunikation in Ordnung. "

"I was there for a tradeshows at the Bologna Fiere. This accommodation is a short drive away, and an easy walk to downtown and all the restaurants as well. It is perfectly situated. The only downside is no parking onsite, but there is a public parking ($$) about 5 minute walk away. This apartment is newly renovated and in good standing. Nothing but praise for this place. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was fast and easy when needed."

The apartment had everything that was listed in the description, but there is no lift to the 1st floor (Europe uses ground floor as 0 (zero)) and the air conditioning vent is only in the living room and none in the two bedrooms.
