"Perfect spot for when you have a late arrival flight. Right near the airport. Planes can be loud once they start taking off but they aren’t constant and the sounds lasts about 30 seconds. Breakfast was wonderful. "

"Friendly staff. Need a chair in the room, need a floor mat in the shower too slippery with the slope. The frig did not have a temperature gauge and the items did not get cold. Other than these things is was a great place to stay. It was close to the museum, busses, and stores."

"I stayed at Costa Rica Guesthouse twice - the beginning and end of my solo trip because i liked it so much! The location was great for walking to local attractions and driving to the airport. The free parking was perfect. The staff was great and super helpful and the room was spacious!"

"Cute local property, close to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site, free breakfast was tasty and made to order. Tennis courts were in great shape. 24 hour guard on the property. Pretty grounds with outdoor seating areas. I was able to purchase water, beer and snacks from the lobby and given a discount to use at the restaurant. I walked to shop and a local bar (karaoke) for a late night snack. McDonald's is also within walking distance. "

"My wife and I stayed here between travel days into and out of San Jose. There are restaurants in walking distance (we LOVED Lita) as well as the attached restaurant, both of which are very good. There is also a grocery store across the street. We wish we could have stayed longer to explore more of the city and enjoy the food and pool here.
