"The condo inside is nice and is roomy with everything you need. Nice showers and comfy living room. Unfortunately they put us up only one story and near/just above the underground garage. So you can here the security guard talking to everyone when in the bedroom near entry. It is on a busy street and no real view (102). Try and get up higher and away from garage entry. Lots of Dogs barking in the neighborhood. So a little noisier than we like for sleeping. The security guard and office workers...

"The apartment is in a useful location, only 2 blocks from the beach and near to restaurants, atm, convenience store, and a pharmacy. Convenient and safe. It has an elevator and electronic door locks that take a moment to figure out how to get the keypad to display. Self parking was easy. We had no problems with theft.
