"We made a last minute bookng here and the owner stayed up until 1am fpr us to arrive whuch was much appreciated. They also stored to luggage for us after we left which was very accommodating. Lovely hotel and wish we could have stayed longer to use the spa which looled great!"

"Pretty setting. Hotel restaurant is apparently good but we were unable to make a reservation. Communication was difficult as the staff exclusively spoke French and were unable to communicate with us in English, German or Italian - while we were able to understand the gist, it is surprising for a hotel that presumably attracts a diverse clientele. No hairdryer in room and WiFi was unreliable. Overall it is surprising that the hotel has a 4 star rating as that was not our experience."

"The hotel did not have heating at night. Bedroom sheet was wet due how damp it was. We spoke to the owner multiple times, he did not bother to come and check on the heat. He complained that we left an apple and some other items at the room at the time of checkout. There was NO trash bag, trash can, or soap. He complained when I told him that my child had dairy allergies. He said: “ Why do you have a problem?” Well, people have different allergies. That was the worst attitude I have ever...

"This is a nice, well equipped and clean appartment (part of a chalet) with enough space for 12 people. It has a well equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a nice jacuzzi and sauna (both private`for the appartment and both very relaxing) and a ski locker with boot warmers. The location is unfortunately a bit far away from the ski lifts, and there is no longer a shuttle bus at walking distance, so traveling to and from the ski lifts needs to be done by car (5 min drive, free parking at the lift)....
