"We stayed at this property for a weekend, but honestly I wish we would have stayed more. The host was extremely helpful the ENTIRE trip. Anytime we needed something, he made sure we got it. He even helped us plan out tours and was beyond hospitable! I'll definitely be staying here again when I return! "

"I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful."

"This property never responded to inquiries and obviously I never got a key, saw the property or the neighborhood. Vrbo was contemptuous in how they dealt with me. Vrbo refused to do anything until...until they move the goalposts to the actual check-in time. This forced me to spend hours calling them and being put on hold costing me over $100 in phone calls.
