"O quarto era diferente das fotos, não tinha espelho, o ventilador não rodava e o box do chuveiro só tinha uma porta, o que fazia todo banheiro ficar molhado. Nossa janela dava para a coifa do restaurante ao lado, apenas do calor e cheiro que subiam as vezes, não foi muito incômodo. Não tivemos acesso ao rooftop das fotos e essa sala apresentada nas imagens também não existe. Olhando para os bons fatores, o chuveiro era ótimo e a cama enorme e confortável, sem falar da localização que era...

"We stayed at this property for a weekend, but honestly I wish we would have stayed more. The host was extremely helpful the ENTIRE trip. Anytime we needed something, he made sure we got it. He even helped us plan out tours and was beyond hospitable! I'll definitely be staying here again when I return! "

"The house is extremely comfortable and spacious. Luxury amenities that made us feel at home. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Graciela the house keeper and Charles our private chef made our stay amazing. It was nice that they had a lunch and dinner menu available for those days we wanted to stay in. Probably one of the best stays in Medellin. The location is just minutes away from Provenza and surroundings. Manuela the host was super attentive, helping us with reservations at restaurants."

"I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful."
