"The place is charming with a lovely patio for breakfast and a rooftop terrace and social room where we could hang out. The staff was especially helpful when we arrived and our taxi driver tried to scam us. They paid the driver in cash a reasonable amount and told him to leave. We reimbursed the hotel the next day when we had correct cash."

"I said at this hotel for a solo business trip. I was there for three weeks in a deluxe apartment and it was very comfortable and I also feel very safe. I love the 24 hour reception and security. "The location is perfect for people who want to be close to restaurants, nightlife and some of the city's biggest tourist attractions (Museo de Oro in particular). On the downside, the mattress was hard and My room (a prívate one with a prívate bath) was in an área next to the comunal áreas so there was some noise but nothing terrible and so I didn't request a change."
