"While I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and have had several pleasant stays at the Westin Ottawa over the years, we were very disappointed in our stay in January 2025, especially after having paid over $400 for the room. These were the issues: - Shower did not drain - about 2 inches of water remained after shower - Bed sheets were not tucked in and would uncomfortably bunch up - Only 2 coffee creamers (we did get more when we asked) - No plug-ins at bedside tables (plug was behind headboard) - 3...
