"Tiny cozy studio! Bubbling with charm and character. They thought of all the little things tea sugar cream plates cups silverware lotions shampoo shower caps. A heater in the bathroom and main room. "

"This is a lovely historic property, close in proximity to Hollywood and Universal Studios. The room and overall residence is clean, cozy and welcoming. The host, TJ is incredibly attentive and a charmer. Refreshments and Breakfast is top-notch. All-in-all, a wonderful stay."

" This is a very nice and attractive place to stay. We had everything that we needed and it is very safe. Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. We met the owner who is very nice, and has two cute dogs. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Our very good friend drove from Iowa to meet us at this little slice of paradise. We stayed in the guest house and the accommodations were absolutely perfect. As good as the inside was the outside was over the top- from amazing views, crystal clear pool, and the large fire pit. Jack took amazing care of and had some great stories. Thanks a million for sharing your lovely retreat with us we hope to come back soon!"

"The property owner doesn’t miss a single thing! Having everything a beachside rental should have, and all in good condition, makes the day fun. A gorgeous walk street and a perfect parking spot in the back. Two blocks to the beach and boardwalk, two-three blocks to just about everywhere. The rental is charming and 100% recommended."
