"This is the perfect location to visit Malibu. The beachfront property and beach access is fabulous, definitely outweighs some oversights. Our biggest issue was when we arrived, the heat was on and the inside temp was 79 degrees while outside it was almost 90 degrees. "The house was in quiet part of town. There was a grocery store and restaurant on the same block (although not a ton of choice otherwise). It was good to have parking on site. The beach was undergoing restoration so it was a little hard to get to, but it was close. "
