"Absolutely loved our story here. If you book here, get the Sora room. It is worth it. It has its own private bath and lots of space. We loved it. And the town surrounding, is so cute and fun to walk around. It is a short walk from the bus when you arrive. The staff was so welcoming and sweet. We highly recommend staying here. "

"The hotel provided a huge breakfast buffet. The room was large and had a closet that two children could live in. I didn’t see any English-speaking people and most signs were only in Japanese. Most of the staff did not speak English. The lobby decorations were decades old and not coordinated. A large and noisy children’s arcade was adjourned but few children were present-maybe years ago. "My husband and I spent one amazing night here after hiking Mt Fuji the day before. We didn't know what to expect at our first Onsen but Kusatsu Onsen Buon exceeded our expectations. It is conveniently located by Yubatake Hot Springs and Sainokawara Park. It has a very zen and peaceful atmosphere. We booked a 90 min full body massage at the hotel and the masseuses were spectacular. They addressed every aching body concern after our hike! The breakfast was also plus. I would highly recommend them...
