"The beds are comfortable. I was in the 8 person dorm room. Each bed had a full privacy curtain, an outlet, light, a small safe, two hooks and two hangers. One down note is there really wasnt anywhere to hang your towel. There was plenty of space under the bed for backpacks and suitcases. The staff is very nice! The common area is good for meeting new travelers and there is always coffee (instant) available."

"The space is pretty small for 6-people room, way more smaller. It is like the smaller version of college dormitory. But it's sufficient if you're not in a hurry. Plus, its location is very close to Tenjin station. And considering the price, it's decent enough. The owner/staff (I've only seen one, not sure) of the hotel is responsive and nice. "I wouldn't recommend this hostel, even though it's very new and in very clean conditions. I visited Fukuoaka during the corona virus outbreak, and as a person with Asian/Chinese descent I feel like the check-in staff were extremely unfriendly to me. Further, I was booked into the shared dormitory, which I would strongly suggest avoiding because there's around 18 people couped into one room. Would recommend another place where there's less people in a room (eg. 8 room dorm) because there are...

"This hostel felt like it was built in an old warehouse. The public space was tidy, and the servce was as good as you can expect in Japan. However, the photos don't show it all. Even though the walls seem tidy in their white colour, the ceiling has been left as it is — plain concrete with some pipe ends here and there. On top of all this, there is no proper sound insulation. "スタッフの方の対応がとても親切かつ、設備や説明書きのイラスト等とてもわかりやすかったです。室内はとてもきれいで、特徴の柔らかい灯りが落ち着きます。駅からもいい運動になるくらいの距離(20分弱)でした。車の音や隣の部屋の声はかなり聞こえますが、土地柄や利用者のことを考慮したら仕方ないかなって思います。また機会があれば利用したいです。"

"일본치고는 상당히 저렴한데도, 일본답게 매우 깨끗합니다. 한국인 스탭도 있습니다. 여러 나라 사람이 투숙합니다. Nishitetsu Hirao역(西鉄平尾駅)이 바로 옆이라, 지하철로 이동한다면 편리하게 다닐 수 있습니다. 다만 텐진역에서 도보 30분 거리이며, 시내버스 노선은 많지 않습니다. 여기 숙박하실 분들은 지하철로 이동하는 걸로 계획 세우시는게 좋을 겁니다."
