"Overall the property was great. Check in process was good and they gave step by step directions to the house. Location was good and I enjoyed getting to stay in a real Japanese home. If there were any negatives, I would have liked a television to watch on the cold rainy day we had, maybe get to watch Japanese television. Other than that, I had no complaints. "

" Stayed here for my last week on a month long solo trip. Took a while to check in. You have to pre-check in first on a link, and take a picture of your passport. On check in day, you have to take a selfie of yourself to match your passport photo. It kept denying me saying faces dont match. Really frustrating after 20 minutes of trying. First impression was the house is really small. If you're planning to rent for a group, I would say 4 people would be max. The dining/tv area is really tight....

"Apartment is behind a bathroom, same building. Good thing is there is lots of space compared to other Japanese apartments. Furnishing are sparse, and apartment could be decorated better. Location is nice area, village with lots of small shop’s restaurants and local people. If owners had turned in AC before we arrived that would have helped our first impression, since when we arrived the apartment was super hot, and took hours to become comfortable."
