"The area was great and the train station was close by. The customer service was not so great and they couldn’t provide a taxi cause we had 6 bags and 3 people. I asked for a minivan and they said no and just stared at us."

"I don't know if they remembered my extra pillow request from the last time I stayed with them or if they automatically give you one. Either way it felt very thoughtful. Breakfast was above average. Worth the money."

"This was a very nice small Hotel across the road from the Osaka Outlet which was perfect for our last days to get some good deals. It is about 15 min walk from train station.The staff were very helpful in helping me get to the hospital with the minimal English they had. Cleaning services was great even if you request to not get your room cleaned they put a basket full of the essentials for you to take inside and use. Just the room walls are a little thin and we could here our neighbours loud...
