"The hotel staff customer service was excellent. The room is spaceous. The only complaint is the shower getting shower can be dangerous with high difference when step out of the shower. There are no handle if someone is older or have mobility problem. The breakfast buffet was above and beyond. Good quality selection with individual order option. Great hotel. 5 star !!"

"We stayed for a full week in mid-March. Great property. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spotless room. Heated bathroom floors. Our room had a nice bathtub/shower combo. We used their laundry service a couple of times. We had large, opening windows that overlooked their courtyard. Pros worth special mention: Spotless Wonderful housekeeping Very helpful staff Perfect location within walking distance of major attractions Cons worth mentioning: My wife and I both thought the bed was too firm. This is just a personal preference. Others may appreciate the firmness. Both pillows were too soft, in our opinion. Again, just personal preference. Bonus: There is a grocery store directly across the street. Most of the signage is in Polish but most people we talked to spoke English. The camera mode on Google Translate will be your friend. "

"You can’t beat this location! You walk out the door and you’re right in the heart of old town. You do have to walk a little from where your taxi drops you off, but it’s only maybe 1-2 minutes. I stayed one night in a single room, which was small but doable for a solo traveler. I came back for three nights and stayed in a larger room with a king size bed and couch, it was great! I could open the windows out to the street to let in fresh air and all the sounds of old town. The only downside was in the morning you’d sometimes hear loading trucks making deliveries. But they had ear plugs on the night stand for you. Breakfast was really good, plenty to choose from and the front desk staff were great. The photos are accurate, this is not a high end NYC style hotel, but I’d rather have this any day with the location and charm of old town. There are multiple souvenir stores out the front entrance, a coffee shop one door down, a polish restaurant out the back door, a Gelateria across the streets with pastries, a liquor store a few doors down, plenty of bars to choose from, and more than enough restaurants to choose from with a very short walk. Will definitely stay here again! "
