"My husband and I stayed here as part of a trip to Japan to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. The staff made us feel welcome and the decor was so wonderful! We really enjoyed the private hot tub in our traditional tatami room. As for the kaiseki dinner, it was delicious but I wasn't prepared for the sheer amount of food! I am not a very big eater (at night) and the successive services impressed me a lot! I think it would have been a suitable amount of food for 3 people. Unfortunately for me, I couldn't make it to the end and ended up wasting some of the meal. As I know Japanese etiquette requires you to finish every thing so as to not waste, I felt bad for a while after. 申しわけありませんでした! Hakone was a quiet moment to ourselves, nestled between Kyoto and Tokyo during our trip. We had a lovely time, thank you!"

"Good: - Very clean, exceptional views of harbor with the curved windows. The other room with bay views and balcony was also quite nice! - right near Minatomirai metro station - super clean and upscale - concierge staff was helpful in making dinner reservations since we didn’t have a tel number It’s about a 15m walk to Sakuragicho station but there are 2 Pokémon manhole covers you can spot along the way which is fun! The bed was comfy and large (king), the tub was huge, and they are eco friendly!"

"Across the street from Sakuragicho station, two blocks to Minatomirai shopping complex, and there is a walkway across the Tama river to Worldporter complex. Room was larger than typical Japanese hotels."

"We got a room on the 15th floor with excellent views of Tokyo from a distance and Mt. Fuji. Also nice city views. "

"Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. My wife is a vegetarian so not quite as good a choice as it was for me.but still good. Hotel views are amazing. Close to Sakuragicho station and Minatomirai station. Yokohama is so underrated. As far as I'm concerned keep it that way. It's part of its charm. Would love to go back. Would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"We always stay here when we have to get on or off the Shinkansen as it is not too far. The variety of dining and shot options also make us want to stay here and it is not as chaotic as in Tokyo city centre or Shinjuku. We prefer this place as it is easily walkable to the shops and dining places we often go to as we know what we're getting. The staff are always friendly by and approachable. We also like the fact that when we request extra pillows they sent them right away. In other hotels, we are asked to come and get the pillow/s ourselves which is not so bad but the service at Prince Hotels are great usually. This is one of our fave hotels. Although our room with double beds was not as spacious as in similarly priced accommodation, we find it cater to our needs very well "
