"Everything was great EXCEPT the wall and lamp switches for almost all the lighting were impossible to 1)to understand and 2) to control. I ended up putting a towel and a jacket over the lighting in the closet floor (transparent glass floor and doors) to get the room dark for sleeping. It was very strange.. Removing the key from the slot by the door for the hotel's electricity saving didn't work either."

"The hotel could not be in a better location for a tourist. It is just steps away from the harbour promenade, the ferry to Hong Kong and to the MRT. The only housekeeping they do is pick up garbage daily and even this was not done every day in my room. Would like a bit more be done, at least to pick up the towels daily if left on the counter. Book a harbour view room - it is worth it to see the light show every night"

"An incredible blending of my two favorite Disney resorts, Aulani and DAKL the rooms are house, especially for Asia! The staff was amazing so kind and attentive. The property is gorgeous and the walk to the park is absolutely of the most spectacular Disney experiences I’ve ever had. I do wish that all of the resorts at HKDL had better quick service and more grab and go options. "
