Didn't realise until we were there that the restaurant was not open for evening meals, luckily there a couple of places to eat opposite the hotel. Very spacious room, lots of storage and great having a coffee machine. Had a bit of a problem with the pillows not very comfy, but only there for 2 nights. Our room 801 was a bit dark as in the corner of the building. Hotel in a good location for town, beach and tram"

"The house is large and comfortable with abundant hot water and all necessary amenities. Within walking distance or a short car ride to restaurants and a 30 min drive to Ypres and WW1 sites. Owner was helpful and relaxed about the house and we had a lovely stay. Very happy with the house and location overall."
