Hotelscom denkt ich habe meine Reise angetreten und bucht mir die Miete ab, obwohl mir storniert wurde. Ich renne meiner Rückerstattung hinterher und bekomme den Eindruck vermittelt dass man aus Kulanz rückerstattet hat. Mir wurde mein Strand Urlaub genommen worden, denn auf die Schnelle ( selber Tag)...
