"This property is absolutely beautiful. However it is very remote in it's location. The road into the property is very difficult to travel and a long distance from town. With that being said if you are looking for a secluded quite spot this is perfect. The views from the villas are stunning."

"We LOVED staying here at The Place. It was so nice and relaxing that it was difficult to leave the villa to explore Koh Tao. So many great options to order in from local restaurants and also had walkability to beach and local shops. This place is perfect for a couple wanting to relax and retreat but also want to explore the beautiful island of Koh Tao. The pool view was magical. They gave us such great restaurant recommendations and made us feel so comfortable to reach out with any questions....

"We had a lovely stay and the price over New Years was so much more affordable than many others we looked at. well looked after, massive beds. Up a very steep hill but not a problem for us. Only small comment would be the state of the towels, they were so old or microfibre towels, it would have been lovely to have hotel quality towels to match the place, Koh Tao was also selling towels everywhere so it would be an easy thing to change. "I'D RATHER LEAVE MY NEWBORN BABY AT THE HOSPITAL THAN LEAVE OUR VILLA! (just kidding...) BUT it was truly the most amazing vacation ever from start to finish. The location is perfect - secluded with the most unimaginable views. So much privacy.. the pools were super clean and refreshing. The villas are so well thought out - you have everything you need to have a totally relaxing, secluded vacation. Tom is probably the most helpful get-it-done type of guy of all time.
