"The rooms there self is really nice just know its on the side of a steep hill a little sketchy riding up and down and hard to walk because its so steep, wish they had a map of the facility in the rooms, the offer free kayak,and paddleboard, but no paddles lol."

"We LOVED staying here at The Place. It was so nice and relaxing that it was difficult to leave the villa to explore Koh Tao. So many great options to order in from local restaurants and also had walkability to beach and local shops. This place is perfect for a couple wanting to relax and retreat but also want to explore the beautiful island of Koh Tao. The pool view was magical. They gave us such great restaurant recommendations and made us feel so comfortable to reach out with any questions....

"We had a lovely stay and the price over New Years was so much more affordable than many others we looked at. well looked after, massive beds. Up a very steep hill but not a problem for us. Only small comment would be the state of the towels, they were so old or microfibre towels, it would have been lovely to have hotel quality towels to match the place, Koh Tao was also selling towels everywhere so it would be an easy thing to change. There was also no soap etc left in the bathroom, we had to...
