Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The people in the reservations room that they direct you towards right away were a little rude and then hid behind a language barrier when asked for clarification.
Front desk staff refused to honor a discount on room cost becaus when I signed up for 3 diving certifications “because I booked through Expedia” and then proceeded to charge me full price directly.
Giving four stars overall because my diving instructor shout out to Hampus was phenomenal.
Giving four stars overall because my diving instructor - shout out to Hampus - was phenomenal; however, if I were to return, I wouldn’t stay here again because there are other potentially more modern options around.
