"We had a wonderful five nights at this hotel. It is ideally located on an amazing white beach that is quite and does not have lots of backpackers and bars. The staff were excellent and sorted out a number of issues we had with our travel arrangement. Finally Koh Rong is definitely worth visiting for a relaxing and rejuvenating break. "This was a perfect island get away. The staff was exceptional. The owners were involved. More like a family affair with a wonderful community feel. Over the Holidays they organized games in the restaurant to include everyone (I was solo and never felt left out). I even had a medical issue and the owner and a local pulled me aside and gave me some excellent and very timely information that saved me from some real problems. "It’s really hard to fault this hotel…it’s practically perfect in every way. The resort is beautiful and natural, it fits so well into its beach location. The eco practices are spot on…the beach was full of fish swimming around you in the jade green waters, geckos were abundant and listening to the frogs, along with the waves on the beach is a wonderful way to fall to sleep. "The staff were probably the best part - they were all so lovely and so friendly and helpful. The food is great - and very good value for what you get. Happy hour daily, activities for anyone to enjoy. It’s a great place for couples or for friends. "

"Bungalows are in an ideal location with sea views. Short walk one way to the main shopping/restaurants/Pier area and the other direction is a beautiful beach. The manager was great and was always helpful and friendly as were all the staff. The restaurant served the best food. Rooms are spacious but could do with a little maintenance. The pool was under maintenance and nobody was able to use it. For some reason the bins never got emptied and also the WiFi wasn’t brilliant unfortunately. But...

"I've stayed here before. The location is PERFECT. The rooms are OK and it was nice to see they had added a coffee pot to the rooms. Stayed in #10. It could use a curtain on the bathroom window and curtains on the small windows to either side of the main door. Someone walking up to the porche could just look right in.
