There is luxury rustic and rustic and this falls between the 2 and doesnt offer vfm in my opinion. I didnt like the forced breakfast in the room option. 1 of the highlights for me of luxury hotel dwelling in the Far East is a fantastic breakfast buffet. "We were traveling with our 2 teenager children so we booked the family room with 2 beds that sleep 4. Unfortunately the room does not match the 8 star rating this has on Expedia. The shower didn't work and the sink was very slow to drain. We are from Canada and our 3 prong electric adapter didn't fit the 2 prong ones in the room. Overall id give this particular room a low score. But we did peak into the bungalow they had for 2 people and they looked lovely. So maybe just the big family room...
