Finally, a perfect holiday! Such a beautiful place. The resort is lovely. The staff were lovely. The food great. The location is just wow. Sure, itโ€™s not easy to get to, but that just made it feel even more special. Even at the busiest times it didnโ€™t feel crowded. Weโ€™re already planning to go back.

Great hotel with a fantastic location

The hotel was great, with a fantastic location right by the beach and close to the walking street. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered convenient pickup and drop-off at the pier. The only downside was the breakfast buffet, which seemed understaffed. There were long queues at the egg station, and there wasnโ€™t enough organization to keep things stocked, so guests had to wait for refills.

Overall a good stay. I was promised a check in at 2 pm, but could only enter my room at 2.30 pm. I arrived at the hotel at 12 pm, so there shouldโ€™ve been enough time to prep the room.

Lovely hotel. Slightly expensive. Great staff. Was only let down by their policy of inspecting your room before checkout. We were charged around ยฃ30 for a plate we accidentally broke. This seemed excessive and should have been treated as normal ware and tair. Not had this at any other hotel i have stayed at - so please beware.

The property is close enough to the walking street to be convenient, but the rooms themselves still feel removed from the noise. Everything is clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet is extensive, and all the staff are friendly and professional.

Had a great stay at Akira Lipe. Pool and beach are fantastic. Restaurant food is quite good as well. Room was fantastic, everything was very clean & comfortable. Good location for the hotel as well. Lipe is small so you can walk anywhere from the hotel.

Everything is very nice except for the sunbeds by the pool. They have a sign with a rule to remove unused towels after 30min, but no one is following that so itโ€™s very hard to get a sunbed.

This property was second to none on Pattaya beach. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The front and beach area are lively but very quiet in the room. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Very close to walking street. Overall a very pleasant stay.
