"When booking Andalay I was under the misinformation that it was an adults only boutique resort & spa. 1- It's not a resort. 2 - there is no 'spa' on site, unless you count the bamboo hut massages. 3. We had a total of 6 people come in to our room to confirm it was broken, they said they could offer another room to so we packed up our stuff ready to move then they retracted the offer saying they had no room availability. It was only when I asked for a refund for the rest of our stay that they then miraculously found a spare room for us to spend 1 night in and called out...

"We had great experience staying in this hotel. Individual villas are spacious and with open-air shower. Walkable distance to the beach and restaurants. Scooter hire available at the hotel, as well as massage sessions. Generous breakfast, but I'd recommend to bring your own milk and spreads if you avoid dairy. Clean swimming pool with nice area around.My only suggestion would be to add mosquito nets in the rooms because we couldn't keep windows/door open without risk being attacked and had to run...
